All work is handmade by Joanne Haywood in her Kent studio. Please allow 7-10 working days from order date to dispatch. If you are ordering a piece for a special occasion such as a birthday gift, please drop me a line to make sure it will reach you in time at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a final email notification when your order has been dispatched so you know when to expect your delivery. On the rare occasion, that your jewellery will not be ready within 7-10 working days, we will contact you immediately with an estimated dispatch date for your approval.
All deliveries are sent as securely as possible via a tracked and insured service. You will be required to sign upon receipt; please consider this when selecting your delivery address
Delivery and Shipping
UK shipments Are free and are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is an insured, trackable, next day service.
For Europe Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service is used and delivery is expected to be 3-5 days following despatch. There is a flat rate charge of £10 for orders under £250
Rest of the world Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service is used and delivery is expected to be 5-7 days following despatch. There is a flat rate charge of £12.50 for orders under £250. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check your postal address is correctly entered to guarantee delivery reaches you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in its original unused condition in original packaging within 7 days of receipt.The unworn items must be returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. You will then receive a refund or exchange to the full value of your purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the jewellery and we recommend you send items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of goods. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the goods were sent in error or were faulty.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in it’s value. Items that are commissions or special bespoke makes cannot be returned for a refund.
For hygiene reasons I am not able to offer a refund or exchange on earrings.
Your information will never be passed to any third party. Financial information is used only to charge you for the items you are purchasing. My website is hosted by Squarespace. They provide the template for my website and an e-commerce platform which allows me to sell my products and services to you. When visiting my website, your browsing will be observed via cookies and usage data analytics. Payments are made using the secure transaction services of PayPal and Stripe. These services are completely independent to me and your credit card details are not divulged to me at any time. Google Analytics are my web analysis service provider.
Although I use professional photography, it’s often hard to completely guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual scale, texture and colour. Images are not to scale so please make sure you read the sizes included in the description.
If you decide to cancel an order this needs to be done withing 24 hours of placing your order, when you email me please use the word CANCELLATION in the subject header. Because of the nature of my business after 24 hours I an unable to except a cancellation.
